Prospective athletes
For players, the goal is simple - to get recruited by the highest level colleges and universities with the chance for a college scholarship. Future Prospects Sports utilizes the top level equipment, facilities, and staff to provide the opportunity for just that.
Our team has built relationships with coaches at the highest levels of the game, including those at both the Division I and Division II levels. As a Future Prospects invitee, not only will you have the opportunity to display your talents in front of these coaches, but you will have the chance to be trained, coached, and evaluated by these coaches in a hands-on environment.
In addition to the exposure and evaluations provided, athletes will have the opportunity to learn about the college recruiting process and ask questions of college coaches after the conclusion of sessions. Future Prospects Sports staff, who have been involved in competing and coaching at the highest collegiate levels, are also available to aid in answering any and all questions about the recruiting process every step of the way.
College Coaches
Future Prospects Sports, LLC has one goal in mind for college coaches - to provide a one-of-a-kind recruiting environment that will allow coaches to evaluate players in the highest level environment possible, from both a training session and game perspective.
Our invited coaches have the ability to be involved from both a hands-on perspective, which would include running training sessions and coaching small-sided and 11v11 games, or remain hands-off in a true recruiting fashion from the sidelines.
We utilize top-class facilities, equipment, and staff in order to ensure that players are given every opportunity to perform at the highest level.
Prospective athletes have been pre-evaluated and invited by the Future Prospects Sports staff to ensure that the level of play is one that reflects athletes that are capable of playing and contributing at the highest collegiate level.

Adam Blackwell, Co-Founder & Head Scout
Adam has been involved in playing soccer at the highest levels throughout his entire life, starting at the competitive club level and continuing on at the Division I Collegiate level in Upstate New York, where he was a four year starter.

Steven Blackwell - Co-Founder & Head Scout
Steve has been actively involved with high level soccer up and down the East Coast since a young age, including paying high level Division II Soccer, where he was team Captain and golden boot winner for most points scored his senior year. Since concluding his collegiate playing career, Steve has coached college soccer at the Division I, II, and III levels, as well as holding the role of Technical Director at one of the largest youth clubs on the East Coast.
